Red Rider  The previous Red King and previous leader of the Red legion Prominence.

He was killed by Black Lotus two years prior to the start of the series. The Kings had just  learned of the rule to kill 5 level 9s to become level 10. According to the special rule, the Brain Burst program will be uninstalled once a level 9 loses against another level 9.

Red Rider was against fighting between Kings but was still killed by Black Lotus.

His fate in real life is unknown.
