The main character of the story. A reclusive, glasses-wearing college student who initially refuses Noi Crezant's request to help save the world. The reason behind his unsocial nature is his grandfather, who raised Yuuhi and believed that having friends was useless. Eventually, he changes his mind in order to help Asahina, who he usually refers to as Princess.
His ability is called zone control. He can exert a weak telekinetic force on a small bubble of air, just enough to hold himself above the ground for a few seconds or slow down an enemy's attack. Although his overall combat skills are much weaker than that of most of the other characters.
Upon Shinonome Hangetsu's death, he wishes for Yuuhi to inherit his combat ability, thus makingYuuhi into one of the strongest characters in the series. [/spoilers]
Later in the series he develops his Dominion to creat the Airspace Control Babylon, an anti-personal fighting ability where he speads a thin layer of his Dominion in an orb around himself. This makes him stronger and faster, while at the same time makes everyone else slower and weaker. [/spoilers]
