A Silicon Creature. She is one of Davine lu linvega's lieutenants (along with Schiff and Blon). Despite that most Silicon Creatures have some deformed features and a generally unbalanced appearance, PCell looks almost entirely human. Nevertheless she has very high combat capabilities and undoubtedly is one of the strongest opponents Killy and Cibo have to face.
Also, whether it was a history of previous unfriendly encounters or something more profound, but there seems to be something between her and Dhomochevsky.
