A promotional ova that came with the PS2 game, Growlanser IV Returns which is an add-on featuring a compilation of three short stories that is told in visual novel style.
Since it is a promotional ova, various main characters from Growlanser I, Growlanser II, and Growlanser III do appear in the ED. Actually, some of the fairies of these main characters do appear in Growlanser IV as that the entire Growlanser story is based on anti-war featuring time freeze, time traveling, and parallel worlds.2003년12월18일에 PS2용으로 발매한 그로우랜서 시리즈의 네 번째 작품. 팬디스크로 '그로우 랜서 IV Return'이 있다. 본작의 후일담과 사이드 스토리가 수록되어있다.
시대관이 이어지는 세 작품과 다르게 세계관 및 배경을 완전히 갈아엎어서 연관이 없는 별개의 후속작이 되어버렸다. 다만 확장판인 리턴으로 보면 완전히 다른 세계관이 아니고 어느 정도 연관이 있어보이는 듯하다..게임이 원작인지 게임 정보만 나오고 애니에 대한 이야기는 전무하다.
