A Retelling of the prison arc of the manga RIKI-OH!
The story follows Saiga Riki-Oh, a young man blessed with inhuman strength. After taking revenge against a yakuza boss who was responsible for the death of his girlfriend, he ends up in a maximum security prison owned by a private organization.
The prison is divided into four blocks, each run by a member of prisoners known as the Gang of Four. The first member is a tattooed knife wielder known as Hai that runs his block in a mafia style family system. The second member is a giant man (known as Tarzan in the live action) with incredible strength. The third member is a effeminate fighter named Huang Chaun that is growing Opium in the prison. 비오는 어느 날, 벤츠를 가로막는 괴이한 사내. 차를 맨주먹으로 날려막고 나온 야쿠자들을 맨주먹으로 패 죽인다. 그 사내의 이름은 사이가 리키오. 그가 교도소로 가며 이야기는 시작된다.
교도소는 아주 그냥 아수라장이다. 힘없는 재소자를 재미삼아 대패로 얼굴을 밀어 피범벅으로 만들어 달려온 교도관들에게는 저가 넘어져 그렇게 되었다고 의기양양하게 우쭐대는 패거리를 못 박힌 각목으로 피떡을 만드는 리키오 이렇듯 애니는 잔인한 장면이 많이 나온다.
