Juumonji Hayato and Araki Gota is actually the same person. His assigned number in Kamen Teacher organization is 10. He has a partner whom he calls Kusanagi-san. In last chapter it turns out that Gota and Kusanagi were delinquents at school aswell before joining Kamen Teacher program.
