He is a military who is very eager to find Ryvius and destroy it. During Ryvius's first flight his daughter died and because of it he is so fanatic.
After seeing Neya in Gespenst he tells his people that there are only children on Ryvius and orders to rescue them. After that he shoots himself with a gun.
