Henry Charles Devivie A mysterious man who wants to buy Koumori Village, the town when the Scroll is said to be located, in order to make a new Billy Bat theme park. His true goal, however, is to find the Scroll, and anyone he decides to negotiate with about the land soon ends up murdered.
