Cornelia Cornelia was a member of the Empire's Assassination group The Elite Seven. Cornelia is the user of the Shingu "Pulverization King", an arm-brace that grants it's user super-human strength. It's striking power is easily capable of piercing weak weapons and armor. Improper use of this Shingu can cause harm to it's user.
